'AWS Athena : Both queryExecutionContext.catalog and queryExecutionContext.database are null or empty

I have created a database in AWS Lakeformation and executed a crawler to derive metadata from a parquet file in a S3 bucket location and a table has been properly created. But when I try to "View data" in Lakeformation, it takes me to Athena and I end up getting the following error: "Both queryExecutionContext.catalog and queryExecutionContext.database are null or empty". I hope I'm missing something permission wise, but I have already provided all possible FullAccess roles: Athena and S3, to my user. What am I doing wrong? Error Message
