Change Power BI bar chart axis names based on filter

Question

I have a pseudonymized field containing organizations participating in a benchmark. Based on the logged in user I know that she is a member of one of these organizations. I would like to combine the real name of her organization from another table and the other pseudonymized organizations that I compare her organization with in one new field and use that on the axis of a bar chart. How to accomplish that?

I am also open to other ways of comparing one real organization name with other pseudonymized ones or change the bar color of her organization without depseudonymization of its name.

Example:

OrganizationName A B C D E

Let's assume her organization is C than the bar chart axis should show: A B Her organization D E
