'HELPME PLEASE! I've problem with composer instalation
The Composer installer script was not successful [exit code 1].
Script Output: The "https://getcomposer.org/versions" file could not be downloaded: Failed to open stream: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
I had the composer installed from one moment to the next I could not create laravel projects again, I decided to uninstall composer and when reinstalling it I have this problem. I have checked similar problems on this site but none have helped me with the solution.I would be very grateful if someone can help me!
I already tried to reinstall xampp, restart pc but also same..
