How Can I Add Multiple Value In Single Meta Field For Filter in shopify

Question

My client has purchased a boost theme.

I have set up the theme and want to set up Filters.

I want to set product filter by Brand, price, age, and gender. for the age and gender filter, I have set meta fields.

I have added value like 2-5 years, 5-8 years, 8-10 years with comma-separated value in the age meta field. in the front end, it is showing a single value same as I added in the backend.

I want to show it in multiple values with comma-separated. it is working fine when I add a single value in the age meta field.
