'How can I insert the storage group in the Apache IoTDB?

I try to insert the storage group in the Apache IoTDB. However, I encounter some error message Path xxx does not exist. The parameter IS_DELETE_DATA=false. I don't know the reason about it.If someone knows it, please let me know. Apache IoTDB version: 0.13
