'Mitigating Email deliverability
I've been having issues with our email server's deliverability. I started using mailgun in the hopes that the issue would be resolved and our emails would land in the client's inbox. We're talking about simple email communication and not a mailing list or anything of that sort.
I was thinking does taking Microsoft exchange in use and their "exchange and exchange protection online" in use and pointing our DNS to their servers so that our emails go through their servers mitigate this issue?

Email Deliverability issues are pretty common and there can be many reasons why you cannot get your email delivered to the recipient's inbox. You need to check your DNS records and make sure you have added SPF records. Also, there needs to be an email warm-up process in order to send a bulk or a large number of emails every day. We use SmartReach.io on top of our email service provider, they help with increased deliverability and warm up our email ID. I hope this helps.
