'App in react native. i need to build a system for backend data management for download of forms/documents through the app

I am complete newbie developer so forgive the silliness. I am building an app where the users can download some forms/documents. I want the forms to be on platform/cloud (such as onedrive) where the users can download it from and also where I can keep updating the forms/documents.

I do not know what system/process/api/cloud caters for this need. Please I need the system to be cheap if not free. thank you
