'Change columns in Azure DevOps backlog for everyone
In Azure DevOps I have created my Dashboard with all the Work Items.
Also, each user can customize the dashboard with adding/removing columns from the list. I like to change the list of column by default for everyone but I can't find how.
In the Settings section there is no options for it.

Column settings can be set by each user who has the permissions to view the Backlogs and the system remembers their settings per backlog.
Please grant the view Backlogs permissions to your users in your organization, And then, they can customize the dashboard with adding/removing columns from the list by themselves, but not by you.
