Clickhouse RBAC implementation

Question

I have been looking at the RBAC documentation but I cannot find something specific, like default roles or a set of privileges that will apply to a common role. I work a lot with SQL Server which comes with out of the box roles and I would like to create the equivalent on Clickhouse, is there any general implementation already out there? My goal is to have sysadmin, securityadmin, ddladmin, processadmin roles.
