'Exporting EKS metrics to Prometheus running on separate EC2 [closed]

I want to export the EKS cluster's metrics to my Prometheus which is running on a separate EC2 instance within the same VPC. Most solutions online suggest running prometheus and grafana inside of the cluster using helm which I do not want to.. I just want the metrics to be directly exported to the Prometheus instance..
