'Paste an image from my clipboard on an html widget (Odoo 10 Community)

When I paste an image from my clipboard to a text or html type field with widget="html" its duplicated the image. Like this.

The browser console does not show any error when I make the action.

I have tried to access original js where widget its defined and compare with original file from github (identical files).

I have tried to uninstall all web-related modules and image is still duplicated.
