Power Apps Canvas - setup security access to dataverse data for users (all company)

Question

I prepare application for my company. Untill then I using SharePoint List with security role: delete, add and edit data but official view without data and users can not create own view in list - for canvas app this work. Now I want to use dataverse and I have questions: what security rules to set so that the user can edit and add data through applications (his own and others) but cannot see the data from the level
