'Rails Console no scroll in windows powershell

I am curently setting up my rails enviroment on my Windows 10 pc. I am using powershell for this. I have found a bug when using a pry or the rails console. Whenever I reach the bottom of the console screen, instead of scrolling down, it starts writing from the top. Does anyone know what the source of this could be? I attached an example of this issue with a pry.
