'Unable to verify a user delete on GA4 UI
We are orchestrating data privacy for our customers and our use case is when our customer says delete my data, we make a deleteuser call to GA and use the below method.

The API works fine. However, the problem is we are able to see the user marked for deletion in GA old UI but we dont see any message on the user profile under user explorer in GA4 UI. Why is there a difference between an action between GA (Universal Analytics) vs GA4?
