'Using Azure Logic Apps Extension for VS Code does not provide a stable development environment

Is this extension ready for general use?

I am constantly battling with runtime and tooling trying to catch up with itself and the following error occurs frequently

Failed to detect running Functions host within "60" seconds. You may want to adjust the "azureLogicAppsStandard.pickProcessTimeout" setting.

Even a simple workflow like this

The localhost URL does not appear under Overview pane while debugging

Not sure what I appear to be doing wrong, I followed all the steps provided here

It takes several attempts to save and run Logic App in VS Code.

When it works, however, saving, building and running takes up to 2 minutes each time.
