Google Sheets : How to add the same rows everytime i add a value in a column?

Question

I'd like to know if there is a formula or a way in google sheets that :

1/ for each value "sku" and "princing" I have a dedicated set of "rows" that replicate the value for each row. I mean : sku and pricing

would result in that : set of rows + replicated values

2/ that if i add a new "sku" and "pricing" it takes it into account.

I hope it's clear enough.. ! Let me know i you need more explanations :)
