Plugin with id 'kotlin-android' not found. flutter

Question

I am creating a project that connected to a firebase, but I think the problem not in the firebase......

I found this error when I am trying to run the project:

I tried to figure this error but I can't solve it as the error says in the below line:

apply plugin: 'kotlin-android'

as I have already added this plugin.........

So how can I solve this?...........

I am sorry if there's something missing.....

The Kotlin plugin might be missing. Make sure that the dependency has been added on your Android build's top-level build.gradle
