'Single Sign Out Not working between OpenID & SAML (Azure AD B2C)

We have the same problem, sing sign out is not working across OpenID and SAML protocol.

We have single TrustFrameworkExtensions still single signout is not working.

We have followed Microsoft documentation to register the SAML and OPENID.- Single Sign-In is working but Single Signout between OpenID and SAML is not working.

Below are the reference of our custom policy which we have used: Base Policy:
