'Spring maven dependency issue
I have a problem that my pom.xml throw an error
ArtifactTransferException:
Failure to transfer org.springframework:spring-tx:jar:3.2.4.RELEASE from http:// repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.springframework:spring-tx:jar: 3.2.4.RELEASE from/to central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): No response received after 60000

Well, I have encountered this problem and solved it by the flowing step:
- Delete .m2 folder in C:/User/UserName
- Go to the project and Update maven.
I think the problem was caused by the conflict of some maven library of other maven project.
