Use button to add a group of buttons to sheet

Question

In my vba code right now the goal is to add a plus and minus button every time the add button is pressed. As you can see in the gif when the user presses add a plus and minus button have been added in the same row bordering the add button. I dont know where to begin on how to do this any insight would be great.
